SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-5  days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Orders are typically shipped 2-7  business days after they have been placed. 

Please note: we are NOT responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier customer service for more information.

We do not offer Local Pickup

SHIPPING RATE

We ship Canada and United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

All product prices are listed in Canadian Dollars, unless you change the currency you wish to shop in.

The rates depend on:

The size and weight of the order

The destination country of the shipment

 Shipping rate will be presented before you complete your purchase.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

All orders are handmade and typically processed within 2-7 business days. The processing time is the period within which your order is prepared and sent out for shipping. This includes order verification and packaging.

Products labelled are expected to reach our North American customers within 3 - 7 business days, depending on the shipping destination. For all other products and locations, 90% of our packages arrive within 10 business days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the speed of customs clearance. 

CORRECT SHIP TO AND BILLING ADDRESSES

Please ensure all addresses are correct. Be sure to include any unit/apartment/suite number associated with your address. AccesorizewithK will not be responsible for re-ship charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.  It is the customer's responsibility to track their order.  If an order is sent to a local post office or pickup location, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order in a timely manner.  If a customer fails to pick up their order in time, and AccesorizewithK incurs any charges for return shipping or disposal of an unclaimed item, we cannot provide a refund.  Please track your orders carefully.

DELIVERY ISSUES

AccesorizewithK is not responsible for missing or lost packages.  Once your order is sent out, it is the shipping company’s responsibility.  If your package is lost in transit or says "delivered" but appears to be missing, please contact us immediately for help in tracking it down. We will work with the courier to help locate your missing package. 

International package deliveries you are responsible for custom fees associated with your receipt of your order. We have no control on the custom fees charged to you.
