RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of our headwear and self-care products, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are available. Please take a moment to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order to ensure you choose exactly what you need. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and care for every customer.

If you product has a defect, please email info@accessorizewitk.ca within 72 hours of receiving your order.  We will be happy to work with you on a resolution. 

Returns/exchanges are not available on international (outside of Canada) orders. Once an international order has shipped, the order is considered a final sale. Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out. If you're an international customer and need help with your order, please email info@accesorizewithk.ca for assistance.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take the utmost care in preparing all orders all our products securely for shipping. AccesorizewithK is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling during the shipping processyou must provide photos of all sealed product, packaging material (plastic mailers, bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.), shipping boxes, shipping labels and product boxes. The shipping company requires this specific photo evidence to process a damage claim and issue a refund. Damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving a damaged product. Please keep all product packaging and shipping boxes until your damage claim is fully resolved.

If your item arrives with a small flaw, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you have a concern about the condition of your product. We'll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
